Pricing

You only pay for what each person uses.

Every seat is priced by the permissions switched on for it, from R49 to R649 per month. If someone doesn't use a part of SOOT, you don't pay for it.

How it works

Priced by permission, not by package.

Each person sits in a seat, and the seat has the permissions their work needs. Start with the person's own HR, then switch on only what they use. The seat's price follows what is switched on.

    A cleaner or driver

    Own leave, payslips and details only, on their phone.

  2. R199 / month

    Add calendar, contacts and phone messages

    The same seat now books appointments and takes messages. You pay for those extra permissions, nothing else.

  3. R549 / month

    An attorney who captures and approves fees

    Matters, documents, tasks and fees on the timeline. No payroll or firm settings unless you switch them on.

Both are optional. AI only ever suggests: a person always decides, and the database rules apply to AI exactly as they do to people.

SOOT's AI

Basic help built in: reading documents, suggesting names and fees, drafting emails. A monthly allowance by firm size; if your firm uses more, the extra is added to the next invoice.

Phone line with Telviva

Calls ring inside SOOT and land on the right matter. The phone line is priced by Telviva per user, and your firm pays Telviva directly. Moving your existing numbers across is included.

Questions about pricing

How is a seat's price decided?
By the permissions switched on for that seat. A seat with only its own leave and payslips is HR only. Add calendar, contacts and phone messages and it becomes a Support seat. Add fee approval and it is a Fee earner seat. Switch a permission off and the price drops again.
Do we pay for parts we don't use?
No. Nothing is sold as a package you have to take whole. If nobody at your firm uses payroll or the paper-file register, nobody's seat pays for it.
Do empty seats cost anything?
No. A vacant seat is free until someone sits in it. You can add as many seats as you need.
Will my price go up during the year?
No. Your firm signs a contract year and keeps the prices it signed at for that year.
Is VAT included?
No. All prices are per seat, per month, excluding VAT.
What about set-up and moving from my old system?
Set-up, migration and training are quoted separately, based on your firm's size and data.
